running for life
Over the holidays I was able to purchase a new pair of running shoes. Exercise is so important for our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and all around well-being! Personally, I tend to stick to running and core work, but I’d love to try yoga (if you have any suggestions, leave a comment below and share =) )! I was able to take these kicks out for a spin for the first time last week, and it was amazing! I can’t wait for all the adventures we’re gonna have together.

I used to go to gym but left it due to backpain. I do yoga and go for evening walks. Yoga is amazing as it’s a good exercise and relaxes the mind too.

I do surya namaskars ( sun salutations) and pranayamas.
